Fresher Coffee Meets Better Food.
FRESHER COFFEE
Big coffee chains have an assembly line approach to roasting and serving coffee. They roast in huge batches and brew on super-automatic machines.
At tazza mia, we are committed to the best quality, locally-roasted coffee. Specially-trained baristas roast all of our coffee here in Cincinnati and hand brew it in the highest quality, La Marzocco machines.

Coffee tips
#2. Brew using 2 tbsp ground coffee per 8 oz of water.[+]
Start here and adjust to your taste. There is nothing wrong with brewing weaker or stronger - what's important is that you like it.
#3. Use filtered water.[+]
A cup of coffee is over 90% water. So to brew better coffee, use better water.
#4. Grind your coffee right before brewing.[+]
Grinding just prior to brewing maximizes flavor and aroma, If you're a coffee lover and don't have a grinder at home, seriously consider buying one.
#5. Try making a cup of drip coffee with an espresso blend.[+]
The difference between espresso and drip coffee is the process used to make the drink. Espresso is made with finely ground coffee, tightly packed and brewed under high water pressure. Drip coffee is made with somewhat coarsely ground coffee, loosely laid in a filter and brewed under a low pressure 'drip'. You can make an espresso with tazza mia House Blend and or a cup of drip coffee with our Bossa Nova Espresso blend.
#6. Use a French press.[+]
French pressing is a simple and inexpensive way to make an outstanding cup of coffee at home. Ground coarse, add near boiling water (boil and then let cool for 30 seconds), steep for 4 mins, press, and pour. You can adjust the coffee ratio, grind, and time to suit your taste.
